This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide adequate protection for the restoration of the walls and the installation of the gate in the Nuilivilai Paravar Samuthaya Kalarai Thotam in terms of the orders of the 1st respondent District Collector in ROC E1/3501/2015, dated 01.09.2015, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 27.08.2016.

3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2016 and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
