ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the 5th respondent and his officials in any way of interfering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

laying of the road by the Petitioner in Iravadhanallur to Kallampal Road Km 1/1-3/8 (R47) in Thirupparankundram Block, Madurai District under TNRRIS 2016 - 2017 Scheme as per the Work Order of the 1st Respondent vide his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.901/2016/T6, dated 20.09.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
