This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to return the petitioner's vehicle Honda Shine two wheeler bearing Registration Number TN57 BU5896 and having chassis No. ME4JC65CFKD025292 and Engine no. JC65ED0083624 which has been illegally kept in the custody of third respondent at Vadipatti police station.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third respondent returned the vehicle to the petitioner on 29.09.2021.
