ORDER

This Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus has been filed, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent pertaining to its G.O.Ms.No.102 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (PR1) Department, dated 16.09.2016 and the consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 26.09.2016 reserving the Ansur Village, Karur District for SC Women, to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to allocate the same for the General turn. 2.Under Article 243-O(b) of the Constitution of India, no election to any Panchayats shall be called in question, except by an election petition presented to such authority and in such manner as is provided for by or under any law made by the Legislature of a State.

3.Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed and it is open to the petitioner to approach the Election Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.13704 and 13705 of 2016 are closed.
