: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the first respondent proceedings in F.M.vz;. c.br.bgh/C/tpUJ/nfh.m/m. vz;. 220/17 dated 10.04.2017 and quash the same as devoid of merits and direct the respondents to restore the petitioner in his place as Commercial Inspector, Rural within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Kasinadurai, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the first respondent proceedings in F.M.vz;. c.br.bgh/C/tpUJ/nfh.m/m. vz;. 220/17 dated 10.04.2017 and quash the same as devoid of merits and direct the respondents to restore the petitioner in his place as Commercial Inspector, Rural within the period stipulated by this Court.

4.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 24.06.2017, the aforesaid order of suspension has been revoked by the first respondent and the charge memo dated 14.06.2017 has been issued for initiating disciplinary proceedings. In the aforesaid circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 5.The aforesaid submission and endorsement made are recorded and the respondents shall proceed with the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his legal remedies in that regard. 6.With the aforesaid terms, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
