ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to conduct a investigation and file a final report in Crime No.49 of 2018 within stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2018. The respondent Police is investigating the case and all effective steps shall be taken in the course of investigation and final report shall be filed as expeditiously as possible.

3.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.49 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
