PRAYER :- To cancel the Anticipatory Bail order dated 17.02.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1531 of 2026 on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2 by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1531 of 2026 dated 17.02.2026.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant. The petitioner gave a complaint against the respondents 1 and 2 and the same was registered in Crime No.3 of 2026 for the offences under Sections 7, 8, 11(1) and 12 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Thereafter, the respondents 1 and 2 approached this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1531 of 2026 for seeking anticipatory bail, after hearing both sides, anticipatory bail was granted to the respondents 1 and 2 on 17.02.2026. Now, the present petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2, on the ground that while considering the 2/5

anticipatory bail petition, third respondent police failed to bring the entire allegations as against the accused persons.

3. Mr.G.GAnesh Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the third respondent police submitted that the after investigation, the main case itself is closed as Mistake of Fact.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

5. In view of the same, no further orders is required to be passed in this case and the Criminal Original petition stands closed. TTA (P D B J) 10.06.2026 3/5
