ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 19.03.2010. Two children were born to the petitioner. The respondent has filed H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2017 before the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, seeking divorce. The petitioner is based in Kovilpatti. The child is with the petitioner. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Kovilpatti and contest the proceedings there.

2.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2017 from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi and transfers the same to the file of Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
