For Respondent : Mrs.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time imposed in Crl. O.P.(MD) No. 4441 /2019 order dated on 26-04-2019 and permit the petitioner to Surrender and execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Madurai and thus render justice.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.OP(MD)No.4441 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. This Court on 05.08.2019 has passed the following order: "This Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 4441 of 2019 on 26.03.2019 with a condition that he 1/3

shall surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute a bail bond within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. The petitioner has not surrendered and executed the bond within the time stipulated in the original order and he has filed Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4228 of 2019 seeking extension of time. This court by the order dated 29.04.2019 has extended two weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Even thereafter he has not surrendered before the concerned Court and executed a bond within the extended time. This is the second extension petition.

2.Considering the same, this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall be directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition .

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the cost today itself. 4.Hence the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund today itself.

5. Post the case before this Court on 06.08.2019".

As per the order passed by this Court on 05.08.20199, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund and he has also filed a memo to that effect, hence this petition is entertained. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4441 of 2019 dated 26.04.2019 for producing sureties and executing bail bond is further extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
