This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue permit receipt to the petitioner to load 23 units of sand at Government Sand Quarry situated at S.F.No.1(P) at Chinthalvadi Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District.

granted and therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also affirmed the same. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
