O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2019 and to appoint the petitioner in the post of Panchayat Clerk (Secretary) in Podupati Village Panchayat, Kayathar Union Office, Thoothukudi District.

2. When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that even before submitting his representation dated 12.03.2019, one Ananthi was appointed as Panchayat Clerk (Secretary) in Podupati Village Panchayat and therefore, his request cannot be considered. He further submits that on his advise, the respondents has also passed an order on 31.12.2021 by rejecting the representation of the petitioner referring the appointment made to one Ananthi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
