ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This review application has been filed seeking to review the order passed by the Division Bench dated 21.03.2023 made in W.A.(MD).No.293 of 2013.

2. The review applicant was the appellant in the main writ appeal. Her case was that, event though she reached the upper age limit of 40 years for appointment to the post of Assessor in the respondent Department i.e. TANGEDCO, she should be considered by giving relaxation of the upper age limit. The said plea having been considered, her writ petition in fact was rejected by the Writ Court and reasoning has been given, which was considered and accepted by the Division Bench in our order dated 21.03.2023.

3. Therefore at this juncture, nothing apparently on the face of record is in error which requires reconsideration of the judgment of this Court, which is sought to be reviewed in this review application.

4. Apart from that, the petitioner admittedly is a 60 years old, therefore the question of consideration even on any other ground for appointment to the post of Assessor at the respondent TANGEDCO does not arise at all. Therefore, this review application is deserved to be rejected, accordingly is rejected.
