ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District to dispose of C.C.No.225 of 2012 within a stipulated time. 2.It is seen from the records that Final Report was filed by the respondent Police on 24.11.2009 and the same has been taken on file by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District in C.C.No.225 of 2012. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District to dispose of C.C.No.225 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Withe the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
