PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records in I.A.No.275 of 2021 in O.S.No.655 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Judge, Thirumanagalam and to set aside the same by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set-aside the order in I.A.No.275 of 2021 in O.S.No.655 of 2017, dated 12.08.2021 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Tirumangalam.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

3.The said I.A.No.275 of 2021 was filed by the petitioner to grant permission to examine one Mr.V.Chitran, Sub-Registrar (Retired) Thirupparankundram Sub Registrar Office, Madurai. But, already Sub Registrar, Thirupparankundram was examined as PW3. Therefore, the learned Sub Judge, Tirumangalam has rightly dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. Hence, this court finds no valid reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD).No.1350 of 2021 dismissed by confirming the fair and decreetal order, dated 12.08.2021 in I.A.No.275 of 2021 in O.S.No.655 of 1996 passed by the learned Sub Judge, Tirumangalam. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
