This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under guise of the enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.693 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both the parties did not appear and co-operate with the enquiry. Since the parties did not co-operate with the enquiry and it is a money transaction, the complaint was closed on 02.09.2021.

3.Since the complaint given by the fourth respondent was closed, question of harassment does not arise. However, the parties are directed to redress their grievances through civil proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
