ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members based on the representation dt 19/07/2022

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on receipt of complaint, CSR No.357 of 2022 was issued and enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.357 of 2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
