...Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 09.07.2020 passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.7435 of 2020.

Prayer in WP(MD). 7435 OF 2020 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ calling for the records relating to the impugned orders issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/1087/2020 dated 3.6.2020 and consequential impugned recovery order issued by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/1087/2020 dated 23.6.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondent to pay the retirement benefits by taking into account of the last drawn pay received in the cadre of Plate Maker within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.
