[ Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J. ] The petitioner filed this writ petition, directing the first respondent to remove Seemaikaruvelam trees in S.No:- 508/11B, 508/7B of 508/12 of Perur Majra Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

2.In view of the order passed by the Principal Bench in the related writ petition staying the proceedings of removal of Seemaikaruvelam trees, no direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given in this writ petition. 3.This writ petition is closed with the above observation. No costs.
