ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police to conduct an enquiry and to take necessary action basing on the petitioner compliant given on 12.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the Inspector of Police, Anjugramam Police Station has registered the complaint of the petitioner as CSR.No.977/2022 and during the course of investigation, it was found that the petitioner and the defacto complainant have been filing complaints and counter complaints and that there are 14 cases were pending, out of which some of them were filed by the petitioner and some of them registered on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

3.Since the very purpose of filing this petition is to give a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and to take necessary action basing on the representation dated 12.05.2023 of the petitioner and that after enquiry, the complaint was stated to have been closed by the respondent police, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. 2/4
