The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.04.2017 and to take appropriate steps to change the petitioner name in the house tax receipt for the house bearing Door No.57/1, South Street, Vadivamman Patti, Kottaikarungulam, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

Kottaikarungulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, on 05.03.2012 from one Sivanraj. Since, the petitioner's name was not challenged in the house receipt, she sent representations to the 1st respondents, dated 07.01.2014 and 18.04.2017. Since, there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Heard Ms.A.Sowmiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, and perused the materials available on record. 4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the 2nd respondent has already considered the representation of the petitioner favourably and an order was passed on 13.09.2017 changing the house tax receipt in the name of the petitioner. 5.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is necessary. No costs.
