ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 06.04.2017.
2. The petitioner would aver among other things that on the request of the second respondent, the petitioner made arrangements to let in the shop in question to the second respondent through an agreement. According to the petitioner, the date of commencement of rental agreement starts from 01.04.2017 onwards. However, the respondents later informed that due to administrative reason, they could not occupy the premises. Ventilating his grievance that he has invested huge amount for the purpose of letting out the building in question to the respondents, he has made a detailed representation to the respondents. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation sent to the first respondent on 06.04.2017, is disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

Considering the limited scope of the matter, without adverting into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of this order besides the representation already sent to the respondents, for further follow up, in this regard. Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
