The petitioner has approached this Court that the second respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that there is no complaint as against the petitioner. However, one two wheeler was found missing from his area and therefore, they have conducted enquiry and they are not harassing the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
