2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
