PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner/sole accused on Bail in S.S.C.No.43 of 2022 on the file of the Learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /sole accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.05.2023 for the offences under sections 5 (n),5(l),5(j)(ii) ,6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

3. It is seen that though the petitioner was earlier granted bail and subsequently arrested on execution of Non Bailable Warrant, the petitioner has committed serious and heinous offence as against the minor victim girl, hence this Court is not inclined to grant 1/3

bail to the petitioner.
