The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2015 through which he seeks for measurement of his properties at S.No.221/2 at Allinagaram Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District. 2.Considering the limited scope of prayer in this writ petition, without going into the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
