3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is made ready and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
