Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction, directing the 1st respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner's family members in respect of the land in Survey No.272/1 measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 69 cents situated at Manamadurai Village, Sivagangai District based on the representation, dated 30.01.2014 & 10.08.2016, within a stipulated time.

4. According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to their family. But, under UDR scheme, the same was wrongly classified as 'Aanathinam' and hence, a representation was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made before the first respondent to change the patta in name of the petitioner's family members. But, so far no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition.

In the above circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 30.01.2014 & 10.08.2016 and pass suitable orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
