O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2017.

2.According to the petitioner, his grandfather purchased the properties covered in patta No.67 and 68. He executed a Will, dated 30.11.2011, bequeathing the properties in favour of petitioner and his brother. After his death on 01.12.2011, they are in joint possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner further states that he approached the respondent for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner and his brother and also submitted his representation, dated 06.04.2017. Since no favourable orders were passed, the petitioner has filed the present Writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.K.R.Singaravadivel, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the nature of prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.04.2017, after providing an opportunity to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the necessary parties on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
