ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 19.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.549 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1.200 kilograms of Ganja 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in 10 previous cases. Hence, he opposed
for grant of bail.
5.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is involved in ten previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
