PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR41707 of 2018:
To set aside the fair and Decretal order dated 28.02.2018 passed in E.A.No.1208 of 2015 in E.P.No.16 of 2014 in O.S.No.121 of 2012 on the file of the Sub Court, Tenkasi by allowing this Civil Revision Petition with cost and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.
2.This Court vide order dated 08.03.2019, allowed the petition subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of one week. The said order has not been complied with.
3.The matter is listed today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 6.In the event of payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" forthwith.
