3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioner, to comply the conditions imposed by this Court within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for further period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8451 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
