ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police to conduct investigation in CSR No.109 of 2025 and take appropriation.

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the dispute is between the family members and in this regard already two cases have been registered in Crime Nos.62 and 63 of 2025. The present complaint of the petitioner has been enquired in CSR No.109 of 2025 and it has been closed.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a direction to the 2/4

respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
