RESPONDENT NO.1/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily i.e Morning at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl O.P No. 12316 of 2022 dt 08.07.2022 in Crime No. 906 of 2020 on the file Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. LAJAPATHI ROY.T, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.12316 of 2022 dated 08.07.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as a Teacher and he is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
