ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed against the respondent, alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.16380 of 2023, dated 24.02.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioners was considered and an order was passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.Aa.4/R.D.R.-484/2023, dated 01.07.2025. A copy of the order is produced before this Court and the order is also handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the order passed by the respondent, dated 01.07.2025, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Petition. Contempt Petition is, accordingly, closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order, it is for them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
