O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary police Protection to perform the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 03.08.2019, at 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Raajathi Amman Thirukovil at Kullapuram, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct the cultural programme (ie.,) Adal Padal Dance Programme on 03.08.2019, at 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in the Festival of Arulmighu Sri Raajathi Amman Thirukovil at Kullapuram, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District., the petitioner made a representation on 17.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
