ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of N.D.P.S Act, in Crime No.1554 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 18.09.2018, the respondent police conducted a raid along with his police party, at that time, the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 5 kg of ganja. Hence, the complaint.

5.Taking note of the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
