This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.3 to 5, on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police have conducted a petition enquiry in CSR.No.459 of 2024 and the same was closed on 02.07.2024. Further, he submits that the dispute is between the landlord and the tenants. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the manner in which the investigation has been completed, it is 2/4
always open to the petitioner to invoke the available remedies under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. No costs.
