ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The official memorandum of the learned Principal District Judge, Theni dated 12.11.2024 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that recovery has been imposed, there is no orders which is under challenge in the present writ petition and therefore, the petitioner has not made out a cause. The impugned memorandum would not provide the cause. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of re-fixation or recovery if any.
