PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal Rent Court (Principal District Munsif Court) Tirunelveli to dispose the I.A.No.4 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.15 of 2019 expeditiously on merits within a time frame prescribed by this Court by allowing this Revision Petition.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Principal Rent Court (Principal District Munsif Court), Tirunelveli to dispose of I.A.No.4 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.15 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

3. On perusing the records, this Court is inclined to issue a direction for expeditious disposal. Accordingly, this Court directs the Principal Rent Court (Principal District Munsif Court), Tirunelveli to dispose I.A.No.4 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.15 of 2019 at the earliest at any rate not later than 28.02.2021.
