This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in No.A6/1814/2016 dated 19.09.2016, vide which the petitioner has been removed from the post of President of Seevalaperi Panchayat and also to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to serve as President to the said Panchayat.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on all sides.

3. The petitioner herein wants to serve as the Panchayat President, whereas, it is a common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
