ORDER
This revision has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.950 of 2020, dated 28.09.2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, thereby dismissed the complaint seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3.On a perusal of the complaint revealed that the petitioner and her husband were threatened by the respondents 2 to 4 to settle the entire loan amount with exorbitant interest. They also produced CD containing conversation. However, it could not be identified by playing the CD and nothing intimidating or threatening words were heard from the said Audio. Therefore, the trial Court rightly dismissed the petition seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.R.C(MD)No.646 of 2020 passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
