ORDER
The petitioner is serving as a Staff Nurse in Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur, from 17.03.2013 onwards; but her family is settled at Madurai; therefore, she is not able to take care of her husband, young children as well as aged parents who are residing at Madurai; the 3rd respondent approved the promotional list of eligible persons to be promoted and the promotion counselling is over on 21.09.2016; thereafter, on 26.09.2016, the petitioner made an application seeking transfer from Thiruvarur to Madurai; as that application was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider her application dated 26.09.2016 to transfer her from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur, to Government Rajaji Medical College Hospital Madurai.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.09.2016 and to pass orders within a time frame. 3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.09.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
