Prayer in CMA(MD) No.SR9290 of 2018:- To set aside the order passed by the 2nd respondent under 47A(1) proceedings vide Na.Ka.P2 Tha.Pa. No. 1077/2002 dated 03.03.2004 and appeal order passed by the 1st respondent vide Mu.Mu.No. 6856/N3/2016 dated 04.07.2017 and direct the respondent to return the document registered in Viruthunagar District, Sub-Registrar Office, Kunnur vide document No. 1321/2002.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MURUGAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This petition is filed to condone the delay of 171 days in pay deficit court fee in the above appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner/s, the delay of 171 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
