ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.922 of 2020, dated 28.05.2020, within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.922 of 2020, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 448, 427, 506(ii) & 379 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of 1 1⁄2 years, there is no progress in the investigation and the property has not been recovered so far.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the course of investigation, it was found that no property was stolen from the house of the petitioner. So far 7 witnesses have been examined.

4.Since the investigation is almost over, a direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13754 of 2021 final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
