PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to directing the Respondent No.2 to provide the Police Protection for the life and limbs of the Petitioner. For Petitioner :Mr.A.Mohamed Riyaz For R1 & R2 :Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide the police protection for the life and limbs of the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered an FIR in Crime No.28/2021 as against the accused persons.

3.In view of the above submission, the police protection does not arise. Accordingly, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
