Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.KAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16189 of 2018, dated 10.09.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Therefore, he sought for modification to appear before the learned

Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil instead of respondent police station.

3. This Court consider the request made by the petitioner and inclined to modify the condition.
