For Respondent : Mr.KR.Bharathi Kannan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1916 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A8, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 294(b), 364(A) and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1916 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute, when the defacto complainant going to the temple, the petitioner along with other accused persons, attacked him and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13561 of 2020 4.learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has three previous cases and the same is pending. Further, the petitioner is a habitual offender.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. sd/- 27/11/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
