ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.Sarvagan Prabhu, Advocate for the Petitioner, of Thiru. S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and of Thiru. B.Jameel Arasu, Advocate for the 2nd respondent, this Court made the following order:
By an order, dated 20.11.2024, this Court had directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to take instructions.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the letter that was sent by the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act Cases, Madurai does not pertain to the case in hand. This letter has been wrongly placed in this bundle.
3. Registry is directed to follow up with the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act Cases, Madurai and enquire as to whether any petition is pending before this Court pertaining to C.C.No.14 of 2019. If any case is pending, this letter shall be placed in that bundle, so that appropriate orders can be passed. If no case is pending, the learned Special Judge can initiate action under Section 3 of the TNPID Act.
