O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to grant permission and give protection to conduct Mulaikottu and Cinema programme on 13.08.2019 and to conduct "Puravi Edupu Vizha" and "Kattu Vizha" on 14.08.2019 by Villagers of Pottagavayal Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, on account of festivities associated with Sri Balar Udayar Ayyanar Temple and Arulmigu Muthumariamman Temple, Pottagavayal Village.

2. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission to conduct Mulaikottu and Cinema programme on 13.08.2019 and "Puravi Edupu Vizha" and "Kattu Vizha" on 14.08.2019 by Villagers of Pottagavayal Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, the petitioner made a representation on 02.07.2019 to the second and third respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
