ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner is the purchaser of plot No.7 comprised in S.No.190/3 of Madakulam village, Madurai District. This property, according to the writ petitioner was erroneously attached at the instance of the second respondent. Seeking to raise the said attachment, the petitioner herein had filed petitions on 16.06.2017 and 29.09.2018. All that the petitioner wants is that the first respondent must expedite the enquiry.

3.When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent stated that the enquiry in question will be concluded within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
